- Tear-Out & Grading: We remove existing grass and debris, adjust sprinkler heads if needed, then regrade the area to ensure proper drainage (if needed).
- Base Installation: We apply and compact a crushed stone or decomposed granite base material up to 4” and up to 95% compaction.
- Weed Barrier: A commercial-grade fabric is installed to prevent weed growth.
- Turf Installation: Turf is rolled out, precision-cut, and seamed for a seamless finish.
- Securing the Turf: Edges are anchored and seams reinforced with top-tier adhesives or turf nails.
